Whistling Shop Champagne Gin Fizz

The critically acclaimed Worship Street Whistling Shop is a Victorian inspired London cocktail bar which frequently appears on the World’s 50 Best Bars list.

Their take on one of the early classic cocktails combines No.3 London Dry Gin with Champagne, lemon and sugar. Created using méthode champenoise, the sugar and yeast ferments along with the rest of the cocktail in a champagne bottle.

Drawing on hallmark Victorian themes of bold, ornate typography and hand-crafted floral embellishments, the presentation complements the recreation of the mixologist’s concoction within.
