Glenrothes Single Cask #8377
Distilled on All Hallows’ Eve 1985, this refill American Oak Hogshead slept undisturbed and quietly hidden in Warehouse 13. Matured for 32 years, this Glenrothes Speyside Single Malt Scotch Whisky was awakened at the peak of perfection on 1st November 2017, ready to be shared. Bottled at cask strength and strictly limited to a release of just 200 bottles, each one has been individually numbered and hand-signed by Master Whisky Maker, Gordon Motion.
We worked as an integrated part of the Edrington team to develop and bring to market this exclusive bottling, the first release celebrating the acquisition of the brand from Berry Bros. & Rudd.
The limited edition bottles were presented in a hand-crafted oak frame and were accompanied with an foiled slipcase which contained inserts illustrating the story behind this exclusive release.
